The first album was recorded as Mississippi Live. It was billed as a solo album, but had the sound of a full band. The recording name now has & The Dirty Dirty added. And you can tell. This now definitely sounds like a full band. There is more electric guitar and less banjo. This is more blues rock than bluesy folk. Still great, though.

Goddamn, Robert, you are the man! Some damn fine southern blues, unlike any I have experienced. The replay value on this son of a bitch is outstanding. I believe I'm on my 10th spin after what a week? Dark lullabies to calm the disturbed & disturb the comforted I have to say, I have never heard a version of Killing Floor Blues quite like Robert's.
